プライバシーポリシー
Hot Air Balloon Flight Simulator(熱気球フライト、以下「本サービス」)の運営者(野上 隆二、以下「運営者」)は、お客様の情報を次のとおり取り扱います。
1. 取得する情報
- サポーター版のお申し込み時:決済に使うメールアドレス、登録するメールアドレス、ニックネーム、スペシャルサンクス掲載名(任意)、決済の記録(金額・日時・国など)、決済時に入力またはお支払い方法(Apple Pay・Link など)から提供される氏名・請求先住所。カード番号などの決済情報は Stripe の決済画面でのみ入力され、運営者は受け取りません。
- サポーター版のログイン時:ログインに使うメールアドレス(Cloudflare による認証)。
- マルチプレイの利用時:入力した表示名と気球の色、フライトの記録・成績。
- サイトの閲覧時:IPアドレス、ブラウザの種類、閲覧したページなどのアクセス情報(Cloudflare のアクセスログと、Cookie を使わない Cloudflare Web Analytics による統計)。
- お問い合わせ時:メールアドレスとお問い合わせの内容。
2. 利用目的
- サポーター版の利用登録、ログインの認証、利用期間の管理
- スペシャルサンクス(サポーター紹介)へのお名前(グループ名)の掲載(ご希望の場合のみ)
- お問い合わせへの対応、利用登録などのご連絡
- 決済の処理、不正利用の防止
- マルチプレイの提供と、成績の記録・表示
- 本サービスの運営・改善、障害や不正アクセスへの対応
3. 公開される情報
公開するのは、ご希望の方のスペシャルサンクス掲載名と、マルチプレイで入力した表示名・成績だけです。メールアドレスとニックネームは公開しません。
4. 外部の事業者への提供・委託
法令に基づく場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく第三者へ個人情報を提供しません。本サービスの運営のため、次の事業者のサービスを利用しており、必要な範囲で情報がこれらの事業者に渡ります。いずれも米国などの国外にサーバーを持ち、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従って情報を管理しています。
- Stripe(決済。海外向けの販売では、Stripe の Link が販売代行者として決済と税務の処理を行います)— プライバシーポリシー
- Cloudflare(サイトの配信、サポーター版のログイン認証、アクセス統計)— プライバシーポリシー
- Google(お問い合わせ用メール Gmail)— プライバシーポリシー
5. Cookie などの利用
- サポーター版のログイン状態の保持(Cloudflare の Cookie。1か月)
- 招待リンクからの入室の確認(Cookie。3時間)
- 言語・気球の色・表示の設定などの保存(お使いのブラウザ内の保存領域。運営者には送信されません)
広告やトラッキングのための Cookie は使用していません。
6. 保存期間
サポーター版の利用登録は、利用期間の終了後に削除します。決済などの取引記録は、会計・税務のため法令に従って保存します。マルチプレイの成績は、大会運営の記録として保存します。
7. 安全管理
- カード情報を運営者のサイトで扱わず、保持もしません
- 通信はすべて暗号化(HTTPS)しています
- 管理に使う各サービスのアカウントは運営者本人に限り、二段階認証を使っています
8. 開示・訂正・削除のご請求
ご自身の情報の開示・訂正・利用停止・削除をご希望の場合は、下記のメールアドレスまでご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認したうえで、遅滞なく対応します。

Privacy Policy
The operator of Hot Air Balloon Flight Simulator (the "Service"), Ryuji Nogami (the "Operator"), handles your information as follows.
1. Information we collect
- When you purchase the Supporter Edition: the email address used for payment, the email address to register, your nickname, the name for the Special Thanks (optional), the payment record (amount, date, country, etc.), and the name and billing address entered at checkout or provided by your payment method (Apple Pay, Link, etc.). Card numbers and other payment details are entered only on Stripe's checkout page; the Operator never receives them.
- When you log in to the Supporter Edition: the email address used to log in (authentication by Cloudflare).
- When you play multiplayer: the display name and balloon colors you enter, and your flight records and results.
- When you visit the site: access information such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed (Cloudflare access logs and cookie-free Cloudflare Web Analytics statistics).
- When you contact us: your email address and the content of your message.
2. How we use it
- To register your Supporter Edition access, authenticate logins and manage the access period
- To show your name (or group name) in the Special Thanks (supporters list), only if you wish
- To answer inquiries and contact you about your registration
- To process payments and prevent fraud
- To provide multiplayer and record and display results
- To operate and improve the Service and respond to outages or unauthorized access
3. What is made public
Only the name for the Special Thanks (if you choose to provide one) and the display names and results you enter in multiplayer are made public. Your email address and nickname are never made public.
4. Service providers
We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. To operate the Service, we use the following providers, and information is shared with them only as needed. They operate servers outside Japan (including the United States) and handle information under their own privacy policies.
- Stripe (payments; for international sales, Link by Stripe acts as the reseller and handles payment and tax processing) — Privacy Policy

5. Cookies and local storage
- Keeping you logged in to the Supporter Edition (Cloudflare cookie, one month)
- Verifying entry from an invite link (cookie, three hours)
- Saving settings such as language, balloon colors and display options (stored in your browser; not sent to the Operator)
We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking.
6. Retention
Supporter Edition registrations are deleted after the access period ends. Payment and other transaction records are kept as required by accounting and tax laws. Multiplayer results are kept as competition records.
7. Security
- Card information is never handled or stored on the Operator's site
- All communication is encrypted (HTTPS)
- Accounts for the services used to manage the Service are limited to the Operator and protected with two-factor authentication
8. Your rights
To request access to, correction of, suspension of use of, or deletion of your information, please contact us at the address below. We will respond without delay after confirming your identity.
